Croston’s Hearing Care is a family business that has been helping people hear better in the North West for over fifty years. We are proud and excited to be helping all of our customers on their journey to better hearing.
The Croston’s Hearing Care journey started with Thomas Croston over 50 years ago. While still in his thirties, he was diagnosed with an acute hearing loss. As a result of this he became aware how important hearing is and Thomas made it his life mission to become a qualified audiologist and help others in every way he could. This resulted in him becoming one of the top consultants in many of the North West’s hospitals. It was at this point that he became aware of how expensive hearing aids could be privately and with this in mind, he decided to change this, everyone, no matter their budget, deserves the gift of hearing and Croston’s Hearing Care was born.
Thomas dedicated his life to helping others with hearing loss. Today, his son and daughter Ian Croston and Andrea Croston both carry on this legacy. Ian graduated as an Audiologist following in his father’s footsteps over 30 years ago. Ian himself has a hearing loss and knows the benefits of achieving better hearing personally; Andrea has many years’ experience in customer care and runs the personal and administrative side of the company.
